Wonderful Detached Villa in Ciudad Quesada

Description

"The location of this beautiful Quesada 4 Bedroom Villa with Pool is fantastic, in a private and quiet part of the ever popular Ciudad Quesada urbanisation and close to the club house of the resort’s 18 hole golf course. Quesada’s popularity comes in part from it’s perfect situation, only 30 minutes south of Alicante and it’s international airport and just 10 minutes from some of the best beaches in Spain at the famous resort town of Guardamar del Segura. But it’s popularity is also down to over 40 years developing the services of the resort, including the aforementioned golf course, over 100 bars, restaurants and cafes, a choice of supermarkets, several banks, a post office, a cultural centre, 2 country clubs and even it’s own aqua park! . It’s not hard to see why this area is one of the most requested locations of our clients. The property is in as-new condition throughout, with many extras, including air conditioning, an updated kitchen, a covered terrace, a storage room and a spacious two office spaces on the first floor. There is a generous garden area around the villa of 900 meters, including private swimming pool, mature planting and a covered parking area for 2 cars, while the house has 2 further attached terraces, one covered to provide shelter from the strong sun and the other open and accessed from the first floor bedroom. This is a wonderful detached villa in Ciudad Quesada, representing great value for money and in a quiet yet well-connected area."
