It is sent to me by email and also stored securely for up to 12 months to allow me to follow up if needed.

The legal basis for processing this data is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) and, where applicable, my legitimate interest in responding to enquiries (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Who Receives Your Data

Your contact details are not sold or shared for marketing purposes. If your enquiry concerns a specific property, I share the relevant details with that property's listing agency so they can respond to your enquiry directly. I do not share your data with any other third party.
