How it works

I'm not an agency and I don't sell properties. I'm an independent guide in Alicante who connects buyers with the agencies that do.

1. You tell me what you want. Send a listing you like, or describe what you're after: area, budget, size, timing.
2. I find and compare. I look through the agencies I work with, shortlist what fits, and flag anything I'd double-check.
3. I pass your request on. The agency that has the property contacts you directly to arrange viewings and answer questions.
4. You decide. You choose whether to go ahead, with which agency, and you can say no at any point.

What does it cost?

Nothing. If you buy through one of these agencies, they pay me for bringing them a buyer. Purchase taxes, notary and lawyer fees are the usual costs of buying in Spain and are separate.
